Macc Development is a 501c3, place-based community development organization, led by residents in the 48214 zip code. The building at 7900 Mack Avenue is opportunity to grow roots for an active organization, which to this point has been based in member’s homes and/or rented spaces.

LAAVU is directing the design and development of the 7,000 sq. ft. building on Mack Avenue to serve as a home for Macc Development and to activate the street with a retail storefront.  The building will provide a welcoming place to gather and respond to the community's needs.
